Personalized Guidance for Chronic Conditions: I specialize in assisting individuals dealing with chronic digestive issues and mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, IBS, IBD, and Celiac Disease, to name a few. My expertise goes beyond the one-size-fits-all nutrition approach, focusing on tailoring nutrition plans to address the unique challenges posed by these conditions.

With a keen understanding of the complexities of metabolic processes, I craft personalized meal plans, lifestyle interventions, and supplement recommendations to help you achieve and sustain a healthy weight.

What You'll Gain from Coaching?

  1. Comprehensive Assessments: I begin the coaching process with a thorough 90-minute intake session. This in-depth evaluation allows me to understand your individual needs, current diet, health history, family history, lifestyle, financial situation, and more. This initial session allows me to learn all about you, and uncover potential barriers that have been in the way of you and optimal health!

  2. Personalized Plans: Based on the assessment, I create tailored meal plans and lifestyle interventions that suit your unique requirements. These plans consider factors such as dietary preferences, financial capabilities, and busy schedules, making them realistic and sustainable.

  3. Supplement Recommendations: My holistic approach may include vitamin, mineral, antioxidant, and or herbal supplement recommendations, ensuring that all of your nutritional needs are met. I always take a food first approach to client's intervention plans, but in certain situations and conditions diagnosed by your MD, supplementation may be of great benefit and support!
     

The Coaching Process:

  1. Discovery Call: Prospective clients may book a Free 20 Minute Discovery call to learn all about my services and decide if we are a good fit to work together! This call is for you to ask me any lingering questions about coaching, pricing, my philosophy, and training!

  2. Initial Intake: As discussed above, the initial 90 minute intake session allows me to get to know you on a deeper level, and understand how I can best support you on your journey! About a week or two after our initial session, we will book our first follow up call and go over your nutrition and lifestyle recommendations and meal plan!

  3. Frequency of Sessions: Clients meet with me a minimum of  2 times per month after the initial 90 minute intake session, allowing for continuous guidance and support throughout your wellness journey. Please note, I only accept clients who are willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months working together. 

  4. Ongoing Support: In addition to scheduled sessions, I offer ongoing support via direct messaging on my Nutrition coaching platform. This ensures that you have the resources and guidance you need between sessions, fostering a sense of continuous progress.
